  • Casssandra Hollis is an Award-Winning International Filmmaker, Writer, Actress and Dancer for Christ. She has been appeared in tv programs such as Lifetime's "Steel Magnolias" and is Owner / Director of Holy Hills Films, LLC and Holly Hills Productions. Cassandra is a graduate of the University of Georgia (Athens) with a BA in Political Science/ Pre-Law. She then went on to obtain her Master's Degree in Communications from Georgia State University.
  • Cassandra formed Holy Hill Productions in 2002 to produce film, television, video and digital productions that are Christian-themed and appeal to a family-friendly audience. Her career in the media began as an intern at CNN, where Cassandra assisted with projects in the Medical Features Division. She also interned at Atlanta's top radio station, V-103 FM and their sister station WAOK 1380AM, as a Newsroom Assistant/News Reporter. Another pivotal moment in the early days of her career was when she was Assistant Producer/Assistant Director for Field Hockey, during the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games. Cassandra is further distinguished as an American Association of University Women Fellow while pursuing her M.A. Degree in Communications at Georgia State University.
  • Cassandra later worked as a Producer and On-Air talent with Atlanta television station, WATC TV 57. She produced and frequently hosted a two hour live talk show, Atlanta Live, where she interviewed many celebrities including Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams, Shirley Caesar, and many more. She was featured in several commercials and public service announcements. Also, Cassandra was the voice for the puppet character, Zena, on the popular children's program, Mama Jo.
  • Prior to starting the production company, Cassandra received a nomination for an Atlanta Association of Black Journalists Award for a project that she produced, wrote, and directed featuring the 1998 NFC Champions, Atlanta Falcons. Soon after, Cassandra directed and produced two music videos that were broadcast nationally and internationally. Her first music video, Going Up Yonder, featured the group, Generation J. The popularity of the video prompted Black Entertainment Television's (BET) Bobby Jones Gospel Show to retain the video in heavy rotation for over a year by viewers' request. Cassandra also directed and produced the first music video of the Changing Your World Mass Choir featuring Creflo A. Dollar, The Lord is In This Temple. This dramatic video aired on video programs on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN), BET, BET Gospel, The Word Network, and other video programs. Cassandra was Line Producer and 1st Assistant Director for the Vicki Winans music video, We Need A Word from the Lord, which was filmed in one of the locations from Holy Hill film, "THE ALTAR."
  • Cassandra has trained with top Hollywood Directors, including: World Renown Filmmaker Spike Lee; Academy Award Nominated Director John Singleton; Veteran Filmmaker/Actor Bill Duke; Veteran Filmmaker Robert Townsend; Director Malcolm Lee; Producer/Director Phil Cooke; and Hollywood screenwriter Gregory Allen Howard.
